Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package in real time. You can also access this information through your customer account on our website.

Undeliverable Packages

If your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange a new delivery or provide a refund.

Import Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, no import duties or taxes will apply. For deliveries outside the EU, duties and taxes may be required upon delivery, depending on the regulations in the destination country.
