Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
L'Entropiste wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receiving the products. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect. You may return items purchased online at one of our stores. However, if you purchased your item at a partner retailer, such as an airport shop or department store, returns must follow the retailer’s return policy and cannot be sent directly to our address. If you are not satisfied with your order, here is how you can return your items :
1. Return Conditions
- Return Period: You can return items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Item Condition: Products must be returned unused, unopened, sealed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items must show no signs of unreasonable use. Any product returned in a condition that does not meet these specifications, as well as reasonable hygiene and safety standards, will not be accepted.
- Gifts and Promotions: Any promotional gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.
- Personalized Items : The right of return does not apply to products customized according to your specifications.
2. Return Procedure
To return a product, follow these steps:
- Log into your customer account, select the item to be returned, click "Return Request", and follow the prompts.
Alternatively:
- Fill out the return form available on our website.
- Carefully package the item to prevent damage.
- Obtain proof of postage or delivery for your return.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
3. NON-CONFORMING OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange a return and obtain a refund or exchange. In such cases, L'Entropiste will cover the return shipping costs.
