L'Entropiste – Where Fragrances Find Their Fate
At L'Entropiste, we want every perfume to seem like it’s for you. But if fate breaks, you have 14 days to reconsider—provided the perfumes remain sealed in their original state: unopened, unused, and in their complete original packaging.
Returns may be made through our digital channels or in person at our Parisian flagship maison.
For those rare potions acquired through third-party purveyors, we must defer to their own covenants of return.
1. Return Conditions
- Return Period: You can return items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Item Condition: Products must be returned unused, unopened, sealed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items must show no signs of unreasonable use. Any product returned in a condition that does not meet these specifications, as well as reasonable hygiene and safety standards, will not be accepted.
- Gifts and Promotions: Any promotional gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.
- Personalized Items : The right of return does not apply to products customized according to your specifications.
2. Return Procedure
To return a product, follow these steps:
- Log into your customer account, select the item to be returned, click "Return Request", and follow the prompts.
Alternatively:
- Fill out the return form available on our website.
- Carefully package the item to prevent damage.
- Keep proof of postage or delivery for your returns.
Free returns are available only in France. For other countries, you must handle shipping or cover the return costs.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
3. NON-CONFORMING OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange a return and obtain a refund or exchange. In such cases, L'Entropiste will cover the return shipping costs.
